How does the process work after the application?
Your application will be reviewed by our Human Resources Experts and you will be contacted, if it is appropriate for the position. After the meeting with our Human Resources Experts, you are invited to attend our online trainings provided by our native and professional trainers. (Some specific projects require you to take a qualification exam which will be administered through B&A Global portal or a certified business partner tool to start working as a freelance worker).

Does B&A Global provide any equipment for work?
B&A Global does not provide any equipment to freelancers, you need to have your own pc/laptop and stable internet connection.

How do I earn money?
As a freelance worker, you track the hours on the daily report. You will get paid for each approved effective hour that you work.

How do I get paid?
You will receive the payment for your approved effective hours monthly or biweekly, depending on the project. You will be informed about the payment term and way at the beginning of the project. We generally prefer to pay via Payoneer. You always receive your payment right on time and verified payment methods.
9.
What should I do if I have to leave while the project is in progress?
Before leaving the project, you must apply to our Project Supervisor in written including the reason.

Am I reimbursed for expenses of work?
No, B&A Global does not reimburse freelancer for expenses. As a freelancer, you are responsible for all your own expenses. This includes any computer equipment, materials, or internet fees etc. (We never ask or require you to purchase anything for us or from us at any time)

Where is this data used that I work on?
The data you worked on is used to improve the IVR systems, vending machines,robots,and all AI supported technologies.
